I had been going to queens location for monitoring for a few months. Always friendly and quick. Even in one hectic morning, where Gina was the only one dealing with so many patients, she made sure everyone was satisfied with the provided care. Thank you !

Please do not go to the Queens location. They cannot draw blood here and I now have scar tissue on my good vein where nobody can draw blood from anymore. Gina was the main person that worked on that vein. When others saw my arm, they said let give that on a break. Their brooklyn staff talked about the queens location and say that many people have the same complaints. Queens has zero shame. Poking people many times is their normal. I have been poked 5 times, including my hand, and Gina tried for a 6th but I said no. When I told my doctor she said well that happens for some people and I said 5 times?! And she said well no. Thats a lot. My doctor was not informed. Today, I was poked 3 times and Gina wanted to go for a 4th. When I said no, she said where do you want me to go as if that would make it better. This isnt not happening. Im switching fertility places. Im so DONE.

Great clinic. Friendly staff.Never encountered any problems.

They are the worst do not go there, lots of nurse practice.One of the nurse ask my husband to take my blood test cause she was scared.
